BANG FACE TERMS & CONDITIONS

BANG FACE runs a fully electronic ticket system so no physical tickets will be posted to you.
Your confirmation email contains your eTICKET(s) so please keep a copy of it safe.
You will need to show a digital or printed copy to gain entry to the event.

BANG FACE events are age restricted to 18 years and over.
ID checks may be in operation so please bring ID to all events.
Forms of ID that are acceptable include original not copies of passports, driving licences,
any national ID, Validate and Citizen cards. ID scanning software may be used.
If so, all data is encrypted and stored securely in accordance with GDPR.
We or the venue reserve the right to admission. Security will perform safety searches.
We run a zero tolerance policy towards illegal / prohibited items and threatening behaviour.
Prohibited items include illegal drugs, weapons, alcohol and any other
items deemed dangerous or prohibited by us or the venue.
The line-up is subject to change in situations beyond our control.
eTICKETS are non-refundable. Reselling and ticket touting is prohibited.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We will never share or sell your information.
It is managed confidentially and held on a secure server.
We do not store or use any of your finanical information.
We do not track your behaviour or store information using cookies.
Your email address will be added to the Bang Face emailing list.
This is to ensure you recieve information related to the event you have purchased an eTicket for.
You will only receive emails about Bang Face events or products.
You can unsubscribe or change your email at any time via the link on each email.
There will be photographers and videographers at the event so your image may appear in Bang Face related media.

Purchase of an eTICKET signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.

BANG FACE Weekender:

TICKETS ARE STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE
Age restrictions: Strictly 18 years and over.
Ticket touting and selling on eBay, Facebook, chat forums, websites or other 'auctions' is prohibited.
All fees will be charged in (£) pounds sterling (GBP)

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We have 2 ways to buy tickets: Direct Bank Transfer or using PayPal. You agree to accept all associated bank charges or currency conversion fees associated with bank transfer payments.

When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us once the 'Weekender Account' has been completed and your unique entry code has been sent via email.

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the purchaser's responsibility to be the point of contact for any unresolved damage claims that arise in relation to the allocated chalet. Failure to determine individual liability amongst a group will result in all associated costs being passed on to the purchaser. This will apply even if the purchaser does not attend the event personally. For the avoidance of doubt the 'purchaser' is the individual who pays for the ticket(s) in full or makes the initial deposit payment, by Bank Transfer, PayPal or cash at the event.

INDIVIDUAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The purchaser will be sent unique login details to a 'Weekender Account' in their order confirmation email. Each member of the group will be required to login and enter their full contact details and agree to the 'Individual Terms & Conditions'. This is required by law. Failure to provide accurate information will result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your payments.

eTICKETS
All ticketing and group organisation is fully electronic - so no printed tickets or forms will be posted out. Once you have completed your Weekender Account information your booking is complete. You will need your unique named entry code to check in to the event with matching photo ID.

DEPOSITS
A deposit payment constitutes 25% of your order total. You then have to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe - this is outlined in the payment info at the point of purchase. To pay the remaining balance you need to log in to your Weekender Account and follow the link. Your Weekender Account log in details are contained in your Payment Confirmation email. Failure to settle the financial balance within the time limit will result in the forfeiting of your deposit amount.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given in the unlikely circumstances that events are cancelled, or if Bang Face Weekender has been negligent or acted in breach of contract. However, refunds will not be given if events are cancelled due to 'Acts of God' and reasons including the following: Terrorism / Biological action, Foot and Mouth, Data Problems, Breach of License, SARS, National Mourning for anyone over 65 years old, Avian Flu, Swine Flu, other viruses / diseases, European Pension Reform, Labour disputes or disruption caused by volcanic or other similar situations or natural phenomena.
Any refunds given will be for the face value of tickets sold and will not include the booking fee.
All booking fees are non-refundable unless Bang Face Weekender has been negligent or acted in breach of contract.
Any refund claim must be made prior to 3pm check out on Monday 16 March 2020. We will not be held responsible for any claims beyond this point.

No refunds will be given to any persons who are ejected for behaving offensively or carrying such items or substances as deemed prohibited by law.

TAX CHARGES
VAT is included in all ticket prices.

PURCHASER SECURITY
All transactions are processed by HSBC and PayPal and are 100% secure.

Our most effective and preferred method of communication is email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we are kept up to date of any changes of contact details both before and after receipt of eTickets including email, contact telephone numbers and address.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will not have access to your financial details. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required to by law. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with data protection legislation.

Your email address will be added to the Bang Face mailing list. You will only receive updates about the Bang Face Weekender and other future Bang Face events or products. You can change or unsubscribe your email at any time by following the link at the bottom of each email newsletter. Your data is held securely and will never be shared with third parties.

There will be filming and photography at the event. We may therefore use your image on websites, in press or promotions. By agreeing to these T&Cs you consent to this.

The lineup and programming of the Bang Face Weekender is subject to change.
