Standard Caravan tickets are sold in groups of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 8. Each caravan is self-catering and has a small kitchen with cooking/dining utensils included, bathroom with either a shower or bathroom and of course a sink & toilet. The lounge doubles as a single or twin bedroom with a roll out sofa bed, and then there will either be one or two bedrooms with the relevant numbers of beds. The venue just provide a pillow and bed sheet per bed so please bring your own duvet / any extra bedding. We recommend a sleeping bag since it'll be easy to carry. Alternatively, extra bedding can be hired from the venue at £10 for the duration. Weekender tickets include 3 days and nights at the weekender and access to all music venues & weekender activities.

CAMPING TICKET INFO
The campsite has the full facilities you'd expect from a holiday park: 24 hour supermarket, onsite bars & restaurants, campervan / caravan plots, power points, hot shower blocks, proper toilets, launderette, wash-up areas and an outdoor heated pool. The camping area is located slap bang in the middle of the site so campers are right in the thick of the action! This isn't a standard festival setup, it's a functioning campsite with all the amenities you'd expect. You will need to bring your own camping: tent, bedding and if you want, cooking equipment. You can also camp wherever you like within the desingated camping area.
WEEKENDER PASS INFO
Weekender Passes are for people who wish to stay locally at home, hotel or B&B. The different coloured wrist pass gets you access to the event, including Beach Party, but no accommodation or camping. You will be allowed to be onsite from 3pm-4am Friday, 1pm-4am Saturday and 1pm-close Sunday. Onsite car parking will be available each day.
SINGLE DAY TICKET INFO
Single Day Tickets are available for each of the 3 days with access to the event but no accommodation or camping. You will be allowed to be onsite from 3pm-4am Friday, 1pm-4am Saturday and 1pm-2am close Sunday. Free onsite car parking will be available each day.
PAYMENT METHOD INFO
OPTION 1: PAY IN FULL
Following payment in full, you will be sent a confirmation email containing login details for you online WEEKENDER ACCOUNT. Please make sure you fill in all the details correctly to complete your booking. You will also be able to upgrade your group size from within your WEEKENDER ACCOUNT.
OPTION 2: DEPOSIT SYSTEM
A deposit payment constitutes 20% of your order total. You then have 60 days to pay the remaining balance. You will be sent a confirmation email containing login details for your online WEEKENDER ACCOUNT.
To pay the remaining balance log into your WEEKENDER ACCOUNT and follow the payment link. The balance must be made in one payment. Anyone can make this payment on your behalf. If you have placed a group order, please make sure someone in your group gets on the case with gathering everyone's money together. The remaining time to pay your balance is displayed within your WEEKENDER ACCOUNT.
Please also make sure you fill in all the details correctly to complete your booking. You will also be able to upgrade your group size from within your WEEKENDER ACCOUNT.
Failure to settle the financial balance of your chalet within the time limit will result in the forfeiting of your deposit amount.
