• Event Terms & Conditions
Everyone attending the event is subject to the Event Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) at the point of purchase or when completing their Group Account. Each member of a group booking is required to register their details and agree to the T&Cs via their Group Account.

• Event Tickets
All tickets are sold as accommodation groups of 2 up to 7 people for 3 nights (Friday check in / Monday check out). All the accommodation is located on the holiday resort and there are 5 types of accommodation available: Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms, Standard Apartments, Superior Apartments and Deluxe Apartments. There are no day tickets available.

• Accommodation Prices
Standard Rooms: £275 GBP per person
Superior Rooms: £285 GBP per person
Standard Apartments: £295 GBP per person
Superior Apartments: £310 per person
Deluxe Apartments: £325 per person
(Booking fees will apply to orders placed via PayPal, see below)

• Payment Methods
We have two ways to buy accommodation: Bank Transfer (eBANG Direct) to HSBC or via PayPal (including new payment methods) which is a secure global payment service. There are NO BOOKING FEES when using the Bank Transfer payment method, although if paying from abroad please consider any additional charges that you will need to cover. Orders placed using PayPal will have a booking fee of £12 GBP per person. You can change your payment method in the Cart before Checkout. When buying you may be held in a queue, please be patient and wait until you’re let into eBANG to place your order. Please don’t try with multiple browsers because this will just slow the system down for everyone, thanks!

• Deposit Payments
You can reserve your booking by choosing the Deposit Scheme. A deposit payment constitutes 25% of your order total. You then have to pay the remaining balance within the agreed period stated at the point of booking - 60 days for launch week, 30 days thereafter.

• Balance Payments
If you have chosen the Deposit Scheme, you can pay the remaining balance from your Group Account. Your login details are in your order confirmation email. Once logged in, click the PAY BALANCE link. You can choose between paying by Bank Transfer (eBANG Direct) or via PayPal. The remaining time to pay your balance is displayed within your Group Account. Failure to settle the balance within the time limit will result in the loss of your deposit amount and the cancellation of your order.

• Group Account
All orders are emailed unique login details to a private Group Account where all ticket holders are required to provide their details: full name, address, date of birth, phone and email plus agree to the Event Terms & Conditions.

Within the Group Account you can also settle any balances due or make accommodation upgrades. We will also post any relevant event info here to keep you up to date.

Your order is not confirmed until all details have been entered into the Group Account, this must be within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all details are accurate because you will need matching Photo ID at event check in (Passport or Driving Licence). We require all information to be completed within 30 days of purchase and any changes after that point will incur a £30 administration charge.

• Group Leader
All bookings are required to nominate a Group Leader within their Group Account. This is so we have one person as the main point of contact. It is their responsibility to make sure the Group Account info is complete and any payments are made on time.

The Group Leader is required to do the accommodation check in and collect the accommodation keycards. Full instructions will be sent to the Group Leader close to the event.

• eTicket
All ticket holders will be sent a unique eTicket with QR code via email close to the event. eTickets are named and correspond to the name registered in your Group Account. Your event wristband will be issued following a scan of your QR code plus photo ID check (Passport or Driving Licence).

Full instructions regarding check in will be sent out and also added to the Group Account close to the event. eTickets for every group member will also be available for download from your Group Account close to the event.

• Accommodation Info
There are 5 types of accommodation available: Deluxe Apartment, Superior Apartments, Standard Apartments, Superior Rooms and Standard Rooms. All accommodation is situated on the Resort in blocks located on either the ground or first floor.

Deluxe Apartments sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and are located in the Seaside Village which is closest to the venues. They are the nicest apartments on the resort and have either a patio or balcony. They have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, bedding and towels are provided.

Superior Apartments sleep 4 or 6 people and include a mix of single and double beds in 2 to 3 bedrooms depending on the accommodation size. They are the second highest class of accommodation and include a lounge area with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a TV. These are located at the ends of site and have highest raver occupancy with a true bangface community vibe. Bedding and towels are provided.

Standard Apartments sleep 4 or 6 people and include a mix of single and double beds in 2 to 3 bedrooms depending on the accommodation size. They include a lounge area with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a TV. Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels.

Superior Rooms are the higher class of room and sleep 2 to 7 people in a mix of double and twin rooms. They include a bathroom with a shower, a TV and wardrobe in each bedroom, but no kitchen. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in rooms and fridges can be rented onsite from Resort Guest Services, subject to availability. Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels.

Standard Rooms sleep 2 or 4 people in a mix of double and twin rooms. They include a bathroom with a shower, a TV, but no kitchen. All accommodation has enough beds, either singles or doubles for everyone - no more sofa beds! :)

You will find out your accommodation number and location when your Group Leader checks in. Your group will be issued enough keycards for every group member.

Please keep your accommodation clean and tidy. Smoking is prohibited in all accommodation. You will be charged for any damages or cleaning beyond what is considered reasonable.

Resort Guest Services will operate throughout the event, see the Site Charge FAQ below.

Site Charge
All groups are required to pay a Weekender Site Charge of £5 per person. The Site Charge is an improved way of dealing with keeping the site clean, tidy and avoiding damages. This was a great success last year in replacing the old site deposit system. It also allows us to run a much smoother check-in and super fast check out on Monday.

You will have access to Resort Guest Services via a phone number on the back of your accommodation keycard. Please call them if you have any accommodation related questions or issues over the weekend, they’re there to help and have a big team on standby! A problem resolved onsite at the time is way better than a problem found on Monday.

To save time you can pay this in advance via your Group Account as one payment. Group leaders can also pay it whilst collecting their accommodation key cards, card only, but we highly recommend paying it in advance to save time.

PLEASE NOTE: By paying this you accept that you are liable to cover the full cost of any damages or cleaning beyond what is considered reasonable, this will be charged for post-event. You will be contacted and have 30 days from the event to pay. Failure to do so will result in your whole group being unable to attend future events at Butlin’s :(

A MESSAGE FROM SAINT ACID: Keeping the resort clean, tidy and avoiding damages is critical to the success of the Weekender. By respecting the resort you are respecting Bang Face and the legacy of the Hard Crew ;)


Accommodation Allocation
Your accommodation will only be allocated once you have paid in full and registered all members in your Group Account. The earlier this is done, the better your location will be.

If you would like to be allocated close to your friends, please purchase the accommodation together in the same order making sure it’s the same SIZE and accommodation CLASS. For example - 2 x 2 person Standard Rooms or 2 x 4 person Superior Apartments in the same order. In most cases, this should mean you are allocated in the same block or close by. Please contact us BEFORE FRIDAY 1ST AUGUST if you have any special allocation requests and we’ll see what we can do.

Accommodation Upgrades
Upgrade options are shown in your Group Account, both group size and accommodation class. Please check the drop down for available options.

Size Upgrades: If you want to add more mates to your group a size upgrade will reallocate you into larger accommodation. You may even be able to split into two accommodation units e.g. upgrade from 4 people to 7 people (3 + 4 person apartments).

Class Upgrades: You can also upgrade your accommodation class, say from a Room to an Apartment if you fancy having a kitchen or Apartment to Superior Apartment if you want to bang in style :)

Upgrade options are subject to availability. Accounts cannot be downgraded in size.

• Accommodation Sharing
If you are looking to share accommodation we recommend posting in the official Facebook Weekender Group to find people in a similar situation. Please only post in the official Shares Thread which will go live shortly before the main ticket launch.

BY CAR:
If you’re using a sat nav to get to Skegness – the postcode is PE25 1NJ
From Grantham, take the A52 to Skegness. Butlin's is just over an hour away from Lincoln and 90 minutes away from Norfolk.
Please car share where possible and plan your journey to avoid traffic delays. Please take care whilst driving around the local area. Car parking is available onsite at no extra cost. Please be considerate when parking and do not block any access routes / exits or your car will be moved by security.

BY TRAIN:
The holiday park is situated on the coast around 3 miles from Skegness train station.
East Midlands Trains and Great Northern Railways serve the seaside resort from London Kings Cross and St Pancras. Skegness railway station is connected to Grantham station where passengers can connect to Peterborough, Norwich, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Doncaster, York, Leeds, Hull, Darlington, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Skegness is connected to Lincoln, Newark, Doncaster and Spalding via Seaford railway station.
The fastest way to get from Skegness Station to Butlin’s Skegness is by taxi which takes approx. 6 minutes.
Alternatively, Stagecoach East Midlands operates a bus service every 15 minutes.

FLYING IN:
If you are flying in, the nearest airports are Humberside, East Midlands, Norwich or Stansted airports. We recommend checking the airport websites for travel info and updates. If you have a long international flight it may work out better to fly to one of the London airports and then get the train from there or link up with other Weekender goers.

If you are looking for people to travel with then it is worth looking on the Facebook Weekender Group page. Regular Weekender goers often look for car shares or arrange their own private coaches!

• Event Check-in
Check-in is available from 2pm on Friday and accommodation will be ready from 4pm. Check-in closes at 12am (midnight).

Any late arrivals will be able to collect accommodation keys from the Resort Safety team at the main entrance, this operates 24/7, however we would encourage you to arrive between 2pm and 10pm for a smooth check-in.

The full check-in procedure will be published and sent to all ticket holders closer to the event. The most important thing is to make sure you have photo ID (passport or driving licence) that matches your named eTicket and this corresponds with the details registered in your Group Account. You will not be able to check in or receive your event wristband without this.

• Resort Facilities
There is a well stocked onsite shop that sells food, alcohol and other essentials. Food and drinks are also available from multiple onsite restaurants, food outlets and bars. There is free WiFi onsite.

Included with your ticket is access to the fun fair and pool party at no extra cost. There’s also loads of fun extra stuff to do like arcades, bowling, laser tag, crazy golf and building sand castles on the beach.

• Event Assistance
If you have any questions or need any assistance during the Weekender we have a team of Bang Face Reps who can help. These Reps are the team that have worked Reception for years at past Weekenders so feel free to chat to them openly. You will also receive a phone number on arrival for Resort Guest Services who can assist with accommodation related stuff.


• Event Welfare
If you have any welfare related issues you can speak to our onsite Medical and Welfare Teams who are working independently for Bang Face. Welfare is a safe space, open throughout the event and we will be adding new team members in 2025 from W.E.L.Safe. There will also be regular welfare checks of the venues and the resort. These will be conducted by the welfare team to ensure everyone is happy and safe during the event.

• Inclusivity
Bang Face has always been a safe space for ravers and a place to express individuality and creativity. One day, we hope the rest of the world will catch up with the inclusion that has always been part of the rave scene. As with past Weekenders, there will now be gender neutral toilets clearly marked and an expanded Welfare team (please see above FAQ).


• Accessibility
Bang Face Weekender takes place in a fully accessible holiday resort and all the music venues are indoors.

If you need ground floor accommodation please contact us prior to purchase. These are subject to availability and you will be asked for documentation outlining your requirements.

We also have a limited amount of adapted accommodation available. These are reserved for those who would be unable to attend without significant support from a personal assistant. PAs must be pre-approved so please contact us prior to purchase. You will be asked for specific documentation outlining your requirements.

• Alcohol Policy

The Holiday Park sets a reasonable limit on the amount of alcohol you can bring onsite. You may bring up to 12 x 440ml cans of lager, beer, or cider or 6L of lager or cider in plastic bottles or a 3L box of wine per person or one (maximum 700ml) bottle of spirit per person. You may bring this with you on arrival only; there is no re-entry with alcohol. Bang Face does not take any revenue from park sales. The onsite shop and bars sell at reasonable prices. You cannot take alcohol into or out of the event venues.

• Event Schedule
We do not publish the schedule ahead of the event. Event programme schedules will be provided for all ticket holders at event check-in. The Weekender officially starts with the Opening Ceremony on Friday evening so we recommend you arrive in plenty of time to get settled into the holiday resort.

• Wristbands

All ticket holders will be given an event wristband at check in. Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) will be checked and must match the details registered in the Group Account. This provides you with access to all music venues and activities over the weekend. Please contact the Bang Face Rep Team if you need a replacement, it is essential you provide us with the old one first. Replacing a lost wristband is charged at the full ticket price.

• Live-in Vehicles / Camping
The holiday park does not allow camping or staying in live-in vehicles. All attendees must stay in the accommodation they have booked.

• Recycling
Please respect the holiday park and keep it clean and tidy. We aim to reuse and recycle waste wherever possible. This includes the inflatables given out during the event. Any collected that are beyond reuse or repair are sent for upcycling where possible.

• Event Security - Drug Policy / Prohibited Items
On arrival Security will check ID and perform individual / vehicle searches. Security will also operate the main venues like a club so searches will be performed at the venue entrances. We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found taking illegal drugs or any other illegal substance will be asked to leave the site and have their tickets voided without refund.

Sound systems, PAs and decks are prohibited on this site and will be confiscated by security until Monday check-out. Small portable stereos / personal stereos are permitted for use in your accommodation at the discretion of security so please cooperate with them.

Other Prohibited items include 'legal' highs, nitrous oxide, weapons and anything deemed dangerous, which will be confiscated by security.

Have fun but please don’t behave in a way that compromises the event, people’s enjoyment or the holiday resort.


• Event Check-out
Everyone needs to be out of their accommodation by 10am at the latest and off the resort by 11am. Please leave your accommodation key cards in the key drop box at the main entrance when you leave the site.

Please leave the resort as you found it and your accommodation clean and tidy. You will be charged for any damages, cleaning beyond what is considered reasonable or not leaving on time.

• Lost Property
Lost property will be given to the Bang Face Rep Team on a daily basis. Please try to collect it before departure on Monday.

• Booking Cancellations
We cannot give refunds for cancellations or for failure to complete your booking payment, so please make sure your group is arranged before ordering. Groups cannot be downgraded in size or size or accommodation class (unless you are increasing your group size as an upgrade). This applies to all orders, they are non-refundable. If you are having difficulties with your payment schedule please contact us.
